How do I place a custom order?
You can submit an order directly through our website using the custom order forms. If you need something unique, you can also contact us for a custom quote.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
Some orders require a deposit to begin artwork review and setup. The remaining balance will be confirmed after final design approval.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. We accept single orders as well as large bulk orders.
Artwork
What file types work best?
Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work.
Can you recreate my logo?
Yes. If your file isn’t suitable for production, we can recreate or clean up your artwork.
Do you print copyrighted images?
We cannot reproduce copyrighted designs, logos, or artwork without permission from the owner.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Do you ship orders?
Yes. Orders can be shipped or arranged for pickup depending on location.
Do you offer rush orders?
